HER MISSION

Laura Parent, a consultant in the service of organizational well-being

Her mission places the well-being of individuals in the workplace at the very center of her work. Her ultimate goal is to contribute to people’s fulfillment in their professional environment through several actions:

✵ Helping organizations position themselves in an engaging and impactful way, so they become employers of choice in the eyes of both current and future employees;

✵ Training managers to adopt more conscious, caring, and generation-adapted management practices;

 

✵ Conducting quantitative and qualitative research on issues faced by workers — including her most recent study on “toxic bosses”, at the end of 2024;

 

✵ Providing tools, workshops, and content to help individuals feel happier, calmer, and more fulfilled at work.

HER ACHIEVEMENTS

Through her numerous collaborations and in-depth analyses, she has been able to gain new perspectives on professional experience. Her work has led her to identify concrete levers to transform workplaces and promote individual development. The following achievements demonstrate this commitment and its impact on the world of work.

✵ Speaker and trainer for Infopresse;

 ✵ Collection and analysis of more than 200 employer brand surveys, covering over 100,000 employees;

​✵ Creation of more than 200 EVPs (Employer Value Propositions) and employer brands, in Quebec and internationally, in both French and English markets;

✵ Facilitation and observation of more than 1,000 employee focus groups;

 ✵ Facilitation of more than 200 workshops with executive committees;

​✵ Instructor at the École des Dirigeants HEC on Employer Branding;

✵ Recognized as a future young leader in Canada at Danone (under 30 yo category).
